Penelope made us feel right at home with her warm welcome and an unforgettable breakfast, including a feta omelette that I still dream about. the lovely garden area offered a peaceful spot to unwind, though just a heads up—finding parking can be a bit tricky when bringing in your bags. 🌿.

the service we got was excellent. the personnel was helpful, and the host too. the hotel had a central position very close to main town centre and eateries as well as hobart.

While there wasn't onsite parking and the stairs could be a bit steep, the comfortable and clean room made for a delightful stay. it was a charming spot that we would recommend for anyone seeking a cozy and friendly atmosphere.

The location was so close to everything we wanted to do. Drill hall emporium was an easy walk to. Perfect for city trip.

This place is in a great location, close to a museum, a curiosity shop, and a B&B, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like MONA and Hobart. the room was incredibly clean and charming, with super comfy beds. 😊.

The staff at Old Colony Inn are fantastic—friendly and always wearing a smile. the location is perfect, conveniently situated in the shopping area and close to the lovely river, making it easy to explore New Norfolk. It's also an excellent base for visiting Memorial Park.

The Old Colony Inn is a charming retreat with its renovated barn rooms and friendly hosts. The cozy, clean space provided a great night’s sleep, complemented by a filling breakfast. Though the property has a few quirks—like a loose floorboard and some creaky floors—it only adds to its historical charm.

Comfortable beds, delicious homemade breakfast, delightful owner, convenient private side door entrance, super clean and comfortable rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and had amazing antique pieces. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, it was spotless! Breakfast was delicious and fresh, we had a variety of items to choose from. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, even with our late check-in.

The stairs leading up to the room were quite steep and narrow, making it challenging to get our luggage up to the room.
